Local SoFlo Spotlight: Aurora Boutique Miami

Hi everyone!! I have another exciting local South Florida boutique I am so excited to share with you! I’m so happy I found this boutique and to make it even better - it’s petite friendly!!

The Initial Introduction

What first attracted me to Aurora Boutique was, well frankly the vicinity it is to my house lol, but also that all of the clothes were made from Brazil and some from Italy. I immediately took to Instagram to see what types of styles they had in store and I was VERY stoked at all the cute pieces they had. It definitely gave me a tropical / resort vibe. I’m going to call it laid back chic with some elevated nighttime pieces.

Customer Service

I hopped in my car and off I went. A quick 10 minutes later I was greeted by the store owner, Fabiana. She was so welcoming, offered me a beverage and I immediately saw the excitement in her come to life as we got to talking and looked around the quaint store in Miami Beach. I noticed some of her items were one size fits all (it brought me back to my Brand Melville days lol) but nevertheless I was in luck! I brought my stack to a dressing room and was pleasantly surprised at how many options fit my 4’11” stature! I was particularly interested in this fabulous pair of linen balloon pants made in Italy. I’m a sucker for anything made in Italy.. haha.

Store Aesthetic

The store was playing something to the effect of Tropical House music and it was small but cozy. It was organized and clean and it felt like a welcoming environment in a home. Fabiana took such great care of me placing all the items in my dressing room so I didn’t have to hold onto them as I looked around. We continued to talk and I expressed how hard it was to find elevated pieces of clothing that fit me because of my height and I could tell she was determined to make sure that wasn’t the case during my experience. She guided me to a few of her favorite pieces and I expressed how I living in Miami, I was eager to swap out my mostly black closet (due to an 8 year run as an Event Planner) and add in some bright, colorful and tropical pieces. I knew I was in the right place. The boutique had safe but elevated options as well as colorful pieces that I was immediately obsessed with. It’s the perfect mix of options to find something for daily errands, date night dinner, casual brunch or cocktails with friends! I ended up walking out with two pairs of shorts, an amazing colorful cutout dress and the most gorgeous wrap skirt. The pricing is totally fair (I’d give it $$-$$$) and very reasonable give the quality of her clothes. I was pleased to say the least!

Final Thoughts

Overall my experience with Aurora Boutique in Miami was really great. You can tell as soon as you meet Fabiana that she cares so much about every person that walks through her door and she really values that in-person experience. This is a DEFINITE recommendation for you guys to check it out! I’ll be sharing on my IG stories a try-on of each piece I purchased and it will be saved to my highlights in case you miss it!

I wish I had taken more photos of the store for you all to see because it was so cute! A note for next time. Below I’ve left you with all the details to follow, support and shop so you can check it out for yourself. Also, my comments are disabled on the blog for some unknown reason, so shoot me a DM on Instagram if you end up buying something or if you just love the options! I would love to see what you guys think!
